Prenatal Yoga & Meditation Series

ABOUT THE CLASS

This 75 minute class focuses on helping mamas-to-be prepare their body, mind, heart, and spirit for labor and the birth of their baby. It's a safe place to breathe, stretch, and grow. Moms are welcome to experience and share emotions, and be however you are in the present moment without judgment.  Each class begins with a check-in time for community connection / reflection, followed by intentional movements, and closing with ample time for rest, relaxation, and meditation.

ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR: Kali enjoys providing support for moms and babies and started her work with families as a birth doula from 2011-2019. She first worked on call as a volunteer doula at Woodwinds and then later expanded to work with private clients. She completed her Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training with Blooma in 2012 and has taken a variety of workshops to further support moms through their pregnancy journey. She has led retreats for pregnant moms, and when she is not working at her wellness space, she is busy with her 2 children, who are 5 and 8 years old. Kali is very excited to practice with and hold space for moms during this important time in their lives.

Class Package Pricing

  • 6 week series: $129 ($21.50/class)

    • No refunds, transfers or extensions. Due to the limited space available for class, we are only able to offer this class in a series form. You can sign up if you cannot attend all 6 sessions, but you will be required to pay for the series in full to reserve your spot. Class size will be limited to 6-8 moms plus the teacher.
